Imagine a universe if you will, where the main stream media would have spent 1/100th the time on Benghazi as they have on the recent tragic domestic incident. Should we not be demanding that government also give the Benghazi incident significant attention ? In both cases American Citizens died.
I was thinking the same thing. Except for FX, there was a strange silence on Benghazi, while on this horrible school tragedy, the media covers every tiny bit and repeats, repeats, repeats same trivial info.
Nobody died at Abu Ghraib, but it was on the front page of the NYTimes for 38 consecutive days.
Hundreds of citizens of a foreign nation were shot with guns we dumped into the hands of their criminal gangs, and the morons who get their news from the NY Times read barely a peep. They still don't know what it was about.
Our ambassador was murdered. Two hero Navy Seals charged to the embassy and saved dozens of lives while giving their own. Their repeated requests for backup were ignored by this Administration, who received those requests in real time. Aware of their pleas, the president declined their requests and went to bed. After a seven hour firefight without assistance, the Seals were finally killed by enemy fire. Then the Administration spent weeks denying the Seals posthumous recognition of their heroism and knowingly inventing a lie to cover up their guilt in the deaths of all involved.
Again the NY Times picks lint out of it's navel and pretends it's not even a newsworthy story. They haven't even bothered to interview a single survivor or witness.
And in only one of the cases, it was up to the Obama Regime to protect said Americans.
