Nullification is yet again picking up steam in Dixie.

If his bill becomes law, any state official caught enforcing the healthcare law would be guilty of a misdemeanor and "must be fined not more than one thousand dollars or imprisoned not more than two years, or both."

This time there probably will be less bloodshed, as the libs have no stomach for a protracted civil war. And, the pendulum has swung so far to centralization that the feds have a lot to give before that.

It’ll be the south against the union, again. “Union” being SEIU. Can’t wait to set those punks straight.

There are but two solutions ither the Supreme Court states that Obamacare is Unconstitutional or the Congress declares it null and void.

Either solution is about as likely to happen as Neil Armstrong walking on the moon again.

Obama isn’t about to let a State walk away unscathed.

Considering that I asked for your solution and you gave an answer that your solution won’t work, where are we going with this post?

You rejected the South Carolina idea and your own solution...so are we playing ping-pong or baking a cake?

I don’t mind playing Sun-Tzu games...
