What the media does is it puts us in a tragic shell, making reality look cruel and barren.

I hate the media today. In my youth, I read "Brave New World" by Aldous Huxley. He painted a portrait of a future world some 600 years from now, of instant news, goods and resources are plentiful, children are brainwashed in their education, citizens are conditioned to value consumption, and people enjoy drugs and recreational sex. A "savage" born outside this society is brought into the mix and doesn't like the environment he's thrust into, with the media badgering and following his every move.

Huxley wrote and published this in the early 1930's. But that society of 600 years from now appears oddly like our own. The MSM is berserk and destroying civility.

I’ve hated the media for years now, even before I heard of a political bias. The way that they kept on reporting on negative stories, plus what they did when JFK Jr. died really got into my craw. I wanted to play Chrono Trigger, for the SNES, more than watching the news and the end result is that some of my most nostalgic, and best, memories from my childhood were sitting in either the basement or my upstairs room and just playing a great video game that I loved to play with no care in the world. That is where the obsessiveness of my autism came in and it still does that now.

I’ve read A Brave New World also way after I read Fahrenheit 451. Both were great dystopian books and I really found it interesting how A Brave New World was all about a utopia without individualism, without the “old ways” of man and you had to take Soma to pretend that the world is perfect, right? I’ve always been a little bit of a contrarian, possibly even obsessed with individuality and reading that book made me think about those kinds of things.

What the MSM is doing is it is pointing out people we should be afraid of. Those channels all are pretty much Hollywood on your TV so the Liberal bias of Hollywood should, obviously, seep into the news programs. The news tells us when to feel happy, when to feel sad and when to get outraged. It is a very powerful tool for those who seek to enslave people for the good of the collective.

I can tell you about brainwashing as I have examples of the brainwashing I have witnessed, and yes we are spoiled to a point where an election was decided on the paranoia about birth control and abortion. Whether Obama really won or not doesn’t matter now because of the fog of war going on in the media institutions. We need our news and we need it now!
