Unbelievable. Arrested????? Does ANYONE actually think he’s going to shoot children because he’s sick of the endless, 24/7 coverage?
Yeah, this guy is a moron, but what about the morons distracting police & school officials by pursuing a STUPID comment on FB.
I'm curious as to how many times FB monitors/users call police based on FB comments? Is investigating such comments an effective way to stop mass murder? How do you investigate what could be thousands or millions of suspicious comments on social websites, DAILY, much less the entire Net?
Since man acquired things of value - day one, there has been but one way to effectively protect those things - GUARD THEM. Virtually all public places where people gather, especially gov’t buildings, have guards. Lots of armed guards! Malls, banks, amusement parks, fairs, parades, the beach, entertainers, sports stars, ........ all have armed guards. Look around you. Armed guards are everywhere.
Now, I have to assume that these guards are there to protect something/someone & that the something/someone is worth protecting despite the cost. Could it be that they are guarding people who are otherwise defenseless from attack? Maybe they are concerned someone might start killing people.
So, why don't schools have armed guards?
