Miami news says “no one person to blame”

Harry Truman famously kept on his oval office desk at all times a small sign which said, quite succinctly, “The buck stops here.”

That was in another age, of course, and, in this later age, one suspects that if there’s any sign on Obama’s desk, it reads,”Who, me?”

The proles all knew - when they elected him to a second term - that he was the sort of character to dodge the blame for anything bad that happens, while, at the same time, studiously taking the credit for anything good.

In short, the current President of the United States is a sneak and a liar.
