The problem is that Obama is a specific type of person. He is one of those people that will NEVER take responsibility for ANYTHING. Tapper could have asked him some follow-ups, but Obama would continue to openly lie and blame Bush.

And perhaps Obama really does feel like working a few hours a week IS doing something. On the other hand, perhaps he feels like all of the interviews and strategizing on how to next defeat the Republicans legislatively is his work.
