Anyone wishing to see how complex the entire operation from idea to reality of a typical well drilled nowadays might like to see this one.

Bear in mind that what you see in this time period covers a couple of months and likely to cost somewhere in the range of $6-8 million dollars.

Is it a green operation because of that little windmill?

I love the oil industry. There is something very romantic about going deep and recovering this resource which is a gift from God.

"PROMISED LAND" The Movie.

Anti-Fracking Hollywood Propaganda for American skulls of mush!!

FULL SYNOPSIS of "Promised Land" from http://www.movies.com/promisedland/details/m68985

A small-town teacher stands up to a pair of drilling representatives who are determined to exploit the local resources, and receives some unexpected support as the community rallies to drive away the persistent interlopers in this drama from director Gus Van Sant. Steve Butler (Matt Damon) is a corporate salesman with a reputation for getting results. When the company he works for draws up plans to drill for natural gas in an economically depressed farming community, Steve and his partner (Frances McDormand) attempt to convince the locals that they have an opportunity to profit from the project. At first the locals are welcoming, but when venerable teacher Frank Yates (Hal Holbrook) voices objection, concerned locals Dustin (John Krasinski) and Alice (Rosemarie DeWitt) help to launch an effective grassroots campaign against the drilling. In addition to co-producing and co-starring in Promised Land, Damon and Krasinski also collaborated on the screenplay for the film, adapted from a story by Dave Eggers (Where the Wild Things Are, Away We Go). ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi

“After you watch that video, watch this and learn (what is going on)”

Pretty little video that unfortunately has almost nothing in it that is accurate.

Saying something could happen vs the reality of it happening are two completely different things.

The millions of wells drilled safely are the evidence one needs to disprove the video.

Most of the video may be possible but not probable, if it has in fact ever happened.

“Most of the video may be possible but not probable, if it has in fact ever happened.”

It is also possible that the airplane you fly on will crash, the building you live in will collapse, that Obama is a conservative, etc.

One must deal with reality, not the endless possibilities that are highly unlikely to happen.

Nothing like being on site during fracking. 10,000 HP+ screaming, ground shaking.

Yeah, I recall my first McAllen Ranch frac back in the 70s I visited. When I learned I had stepped over a line that was pressure testing to 16,000 psi, I decided to sit back onto the monitor truck from then on,
