Bars work both ways. If the door opens inwards, the "receivers" (not sure exactly what these are called....those "Z" shaped pieces of metal that the bar slots into) are on the doorframe. If the door opens outwards, the "receivers" are on the door.

A logical, fairly well educated and informed individual wonders how people like this ever get elected to office or avoid prison. Then, you realize that the electorate for people like the Congresswoman are not logical, are ill educated and are kept in the dark.
Because she’s a lib, I’m assuming she’s against a U.S. Mexico border fence/wall to keep out illegals, yet she’s okay with putting a steel wall in schools? Whack-job for sure.
