The Constitution of the US is a covenant between we the people and the government. We agree to live under the law and the government agrees to uphold the constitution.

If the government suspends the constitution, then we are no longer obligated to support that government. At that point all bets are off. Do our leaders really want to deal with a people that are no longer committed to obey the law?

Such an EO would tie-up the entire Federal court system for the next 13 years, and lead to what future Historians will come to refer to as “The Avalanche Tidal-Wave (Unexpected) GOP Sweep and Recovery of 2014”.
