NDIANAPOLIS -
The Marion County Prosecutor's Office will announce charges Friday morning against three people in connection with the Nov. 10th Indianapolis south side explosion.
A news conference is planned for 11:15 am. Watch it on WTHR.com or WTHR Channel 13.
Marion County Prosecutor Terry Curry, along with representatives from cooperating public safety agencies, will speak at the news conference.
Homeowner Monserrate Shirley and her boyfriend, Mark Leonard, who lived in the home, and Leonard's brother, Robert Leonard, were arrested this morning.
She’s named for an island with a Volcano on it?
So let’s pass a law banning private possession of natural gas or whatever substance it was that caused this explosion. < / sarcasm >
I’m sure it was done with an AR15.
All three can stay in Timothy McVeighs concrete hotel, get a ride on the gurney, and enjoy a complimentary shot of potassium chloride.
They ruined so many people’s lives for their stupid greed.
Pics and video at link. She sounds hispanic, Puerto Rican maybe?
thanks. watched her interview. real grief? or narcissistic individual? i guess you never know these days.
Next up on the hysterical ban list; natural gas.
Investigators determined that Shirleys home at the epicenter of the devastating blast that killed her neighbors, John Dion Longworth, 34, and his 36-year-old wife Jennifer Longworth filled up with gas after a gas fireplace valve and a gas line regulator were removed, Curry said. A microwave, probably set to start on a timer, sparked the explosion and flattened much of the Richmond Hills subdivision in the far south of the city, he said.
Curry called the explosion a thoroughly senseless act. He said his office would review whether to pursue the death penalty or life in prison without parole against the three.
