President Obama is giving a special gift to federal workers: a day off on Christmas Eve, apparently with pay.
"All executive branch departments and agencies of the Federal Government shall be closed and their employees excused from duty on Monday, December 24, 2012, the day before Christmas Day," states the executive order he signed.

Apparently he has the authority to do this. That means he has the authority to cut all government employees work hours to four hours per day with 8 hours pay. Hell, it means he can do anything. And he will. The dictatorship is here and it ain’t goin’ back.

Yes, and all of us contractors, working at these closed bases, will be forced to take vacation hours.
He certainly isn’t a Scrooge when it comes to his family’s vacations on the taxpayers dime.
Can’t have nativity scenes on Federal Gubermint property but they can get a paid day off in its obervance for federal workers. Biggest hypocrites thy stateists are plus using taxpayer money to fund their fraudulence.
