Today, the same elite media who no doubt send their own kids to private schools that employ armed security, just can't stop howling ridicule at the NRA's idea to give every student in America those same protections. Because the NRA's idea is so appealing, as I write this, the media's going overboard, mocking it as bizarre, crazy, and out of touch.
This is how the media works to silence and vilify the opposition and to ensure that only their ideas control The Narrative. The media doesn't care about securing our schools; they only care about coming after our guns and handing Obama another political win.
The media also doesnt care how wildly hypocritical they look.
In their zeal to rampage this left-wing agenda, the media has apparently forgotten that back in 2000, on the one-year anniversary of the Columbine shooting (which occurred with an assault weapons ban in place), President Clinton requested $60 million in federal money to fund a fifth round of funding for a program called "COPS in School," a program that does exactly what the NRA is proposing and the media is currently in overdrive mocking:

What hypocrites
The great thing about being a liberal is that history begins anew every morning when you wake up. Can’t remember who said it, but it’s the damn truth.
No limit to the lefts dishonesty.
NRA suggests police in schools and the left ridicules the idea.
Clinton suggests police in schools and the left think it’s a brilliant idea.
He also signed the defense of marriage act.
He also composed "Don't ask, don't tell.
He may have been a male wh*** but there were times he did think of WE THE PEOPLE...and our rights in this immoral mess that Obama has made.
As it stands....we're all a bunch of government created phobics....
With all the money that the federal government has spent, especially under Obama, but also under Bush, when did the program get pulled in most parts of the country?
It looked like the police were much quicker to get inside the school in Connecticut than they were in Columbine. In Colorado they didn't go in right away. But even though the police arrived quickly in this case, a lone gunman was still able to kill our nation's children like they were sitting ducks.
bump!
There are around 100,000 public schools in the USA. They dont all need hard security, all day, every day. You just need enough to create serious doubt in the mind of a nut as to whether or not he will encounter an immediate trained response.
But say we put a 50k a year armed guard in every school. Thats a 5 billion dollar program. Expensive until you consider;
We give Afghanistan about 6 billion a year, we give Pakistan over a billion, we give another 2 or 3 to Egypt. We are currently helping them buy a billion dollars worth of German subs. SO the Moslem brotherhood will have subs. We want to buy Karzai in Afghanistan Super Tucanos, and we already buy him Russian built helicopters.
We give 2 billion to Brazil to help them drill oil.
The money is there, but Obama does not want children protected.
Im reminded of two things i always hear. “if it saves one childs life”. ANd the other, is that when anyone complains about wasteful foreign aid, we are told that it’s only one percent of our budget, barely worth wasting time over. BUt when we want to spend a far smaller amount on protecting our schools properly, we hear wailing about the expense.
Interesting.
I think Bubba meant ‘as students.’
And they Spend Money On doing it
Liberal writing against this Breitbart article:

Breitbart lives!!
Nya-ha-ha!!
There are Lies, Damned Lies, Statistics, and Democrap Talking points
That’s a well-crafted and informed reply. I may borrow that.
I’d add that in most of the schools that I’ve been in or am familiar with today, there’s at least a teacher or two who is a former cop, or former military. Take volunteers, run them through the CCW course and maybe an extra training program that covers challenges unique to that sensitive environment, and let him carry at work.
We are ALONE. The New York Post called LaPierre a “Gun Nut” in the headline today. There is no “mainstream” media outlet left that’s genuinely conservative. They’re all a pack of left-wing liberals, and we’re the only conservatives left.
The war of 1812 was yet to come.
And the civil war????....Almost seems an absurdity.
The way the media scam works:
1. The media decides the right answers
2. If Americans don’t agree, the media attacks, so shut up and listen.
The following video shows how stupid the media prostitutes are. They wouldn’t know the right answer if it hit them in the side of the head. The media presstitutes simply repeat what the government liars tell them to say.

The average American is so brainwashed that they won’t understand the video either.
