The irony is that last night with nieces, daughter and various in-laws we discussed just that very issue.

As to the latter, I’m always tickled when Hollywood types say that their products have no impact on viewers (and USERS in the case of games).
This same platform for liberal-speak (claiming their carefully crafted images and narratives have no influence over youth behavior) not that long ago persuaded their own moguls to remove cigarette advertising from TV because it was too seductive and led children to try smoking.
The hypocrisy is rank and evokes the olfactory sensation of a walk through a landfill.
