That would only happen if you happen to be unlucky enough to be among the first Americans to be confronted by said jackbooted thugs. It will only take a handful of such incidents to ignite a nationwide response that will provide the nation a deep and enduring lesson about the real reason for the 2nd Amendment.
It will also result in the complete repudiation and extermination of all things leftist in this country. If the left wants to see their political philosophy and all its adherents banished to the four winds of the globe, I say Bring It. They'd be doing us all a favor, in my opinion.
