It was Tour de France, our juiced up Postal Service team was leading by 5 minutes, and to race the last stage to Paris we sent Paris Hilton on a tricycle.

You are buying into Romney's core propaganda that he used to raise funds. He also managed to PO millions of people whose votes he needed.

Your continued use of that scenario POs even me and I"m usually pretty tolerant of a breadth of diversity in Conservatism, but I'd like you to know you gotta' give it up ~ Romney lost with that ~ and it was pretty clear he actually believed it even though he's not known to be a billionaire.

It's a paranoid idea anyway, and it denies the reality of the current economic condition with tens of millions unemployed and unable to find jobs, as well as the fact we are in the midst of one of our Great North American Droughts. Times get tough then. Pray the Dust Bowl doesn't return. Pray as well that we continue to be able to import enough food.

The heart of the party is in the state establishments, not the RNC. We can dump 100% of the RNC apparatus, create a NEW Republican National Committee and step out smartly ~ losing, of course, some of the weaker state parties ~ as we purge them. Thinking of Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island ~ and possibly even New York.

There are others ~ but the deal is we need new state organizations there ~ disbanding the State Republican Committees in those states can only help us PROVIDED we run some in-depth personnel investigations.

Basically we'd dump anybody who was ever a registered Democrat in any of the targeted 'weak party' states. We'd dump people who'd run for office as anything but a Republican, or who'd donated money at the national election level for non-Republican candidates (making the FEC files useful for once).

In non-targeted states we'd leave it up to their own people to decide who was acceptable ~ but in the targeted states it'd be a veritable political blood bath. Whatever ends up being the State Republican Party in the targeted states will be a lot more Republican after this purge ~ even if it drives off known contributors.

B.S. This is all about Sour Grapes!!!!!

Partial list of Prominent losing candidates:

Mitt Romney, Moderate, president
Juan McCain, Maverick, president
Paul Ryan, Conservative, VP
Sarah Palin, Conservative, VP
Tommy Thompson, Moderate, Senate
Todd Akin, Conservative, Senate
Richard Mourdock, Conservative, Senate
Sharron Angle, Conservative, Senate
Christine O’Donell, Conservative, Senate
George Allen, Conservative, Senate
Joe Miller, Conservative, Senate
Ken Buck, Conservative, Senate
Alan West, Conservative, House
Doug Hoffman, Conservative, House
JD Hayworth, Conservative, Primary

Now that they have lost the election, they have zero power
to change any laws towards the conservative agenda.

Prominent Winners:
Marco Rubio, Scott Walker, John Kasich, Rick Scott, Nikki Haley, Kelly Ayotte, Haley Barbour, Bobby Jindal

The winners are performing the important task of slowing down the big government liberal train driven by Barack Hussein Obama.

But Mu, The state parties have funding from the GOP. Bohner just fried several TEA guys. Don’t you think they will cut state money when the money men stop donating? And they already are donating far less.

You can’t separate it. GOP is GOP. Seriously give thought step by step of how intertwined they are from Governors to city councilmen. It’s one big organized cluster.

All I can say is this. I was a Newt guy, but he dropped out.

If he had been successful, the Democrat Media Machine would have eviscerated him on every level, personal, political and spiritual. No doubt in my mind. He would have lost by twice as many Votes as Romney did.

I follow the Levin rule, you Vote your Candidate in the Primary and you Vote your Party’s Candidate in the General. If everyone adopted that rule, we would not be facing another Obama Term. Simple as that.

So you continue to have your opinion about what happened and I will continue to have mine. It’s water under the bridge, so it makes no difference regarding the future of our once great Nation.

Reagan said losing our Freedom was only a Generation away, and as usual he was spot on. Take care of your own my FRiend because all this handwringing is getting tiresome and does nothing to secure the future.

The Republican Party is going the way of the Wooly Mammoth and will have to become the Anti Democrat Party, if there are enough Patriotic Americans left to support such a movement. I am doubting there are after seeing what the majority of Voters think is the right path. Such a shame...

Gov. Christie and Michael Steele Join Mayor Bloomberg in Criticizing the NRA

Christie is a current Governor ~ of New Jersey. Mike Steele is former Lt Governor of Maryland. I think they've known each other a long time.

All i've gotta' say here is LaPierre quite cleverly split the country into two blocs ~ those who think little children in school are deserving of protection, and those who don't.

I"ve noticed a number of these guys backtracking on their initial take on what LaPierre proposed ~ once they realized that the alternative is to leave the children in so-called Gun Free Zones, also known as Target Zones, because whatever else they might think they have in mind to do about guns will take an awful lot longer and cost far more than providing armed defense for the children.

The only thing worse than having young children huddled in a corner waiting for the mad man to shoot and torture them to death is to advocate more of the same.

I"ll give this about a month to work it's way out and we'll see who's on the side of God and the Angels and who wishes to do the work of Satan.

Remember, all politicians are inclined in their initial take on anything to emit blather. That comes to Christie quite easily.

“Oh! Can’t wait to hear all the people who trashed the few of us that saw through all this admit their mistake.”

You and me both, Norm. Now they are saying they will never give up their guns (like they were never voting for Romney). If they couldn't stick to principles in an election, how do they have enough courage to not give up their AR 15s and magazines when they face a real penalty?

I'd rather be with you in a gun fight than them as I can trust you to mean what you say.

Now Now Marcella, I distinctly remember being told that principles were for idiots and that purists were fools.

I expect they will turn their guns in and blame us for not praising Romney. Because as his record shoes, he was rock solid on his gun stance.

Rock solid gun grabber.

To sodomize conservative power in the GOP.

It worked spectacularly. Now we do not know who we can trust.
