“Public” school “districts” are better understood by their Marxian name, “school collectives”.
No matter how much money you give them, it is never, ever enough. They always “need” more.
We must return to the distributed cooperative school system, the one devised by Noah Webster, which includes school cooperatives formed by neighbors and families and groups of homeschoolers.
What we have now is the collective school system crystallized by Karl Marx and promoted by “progressives” like Horace Mann and Thomas Dewey, the “father” of “progressive education”. Since the realization of their efforts, education has become progressively worse.
