it's not only blacks who are like that. It's a symptom of what happens when a community gets used to sucking at the government teat.
i was debating with my brother-in-law yesterday about the potential for revolution in Spain. My view is that people are too lazy to really do anything. They have no clue of what they want besides money from the govt. it's like the "Occupy Wall Street" movement where there was no real aim, hence it petered out...
