I’m confused. Won’t the same bill need to go through the House before it can be signed into law by the president?
How can this bill be passed without going through the, GOP controlled, House?
It’s their first offer. The RINOs will counter. Hi cap mags, bulk ammo, Black rifles, registration, money for buy back. They’ll take out all the registration for existing owners. Some crap like that.
