These people just didn't walk into power, they were elected. People voted for them. They are getting the government they voted for. If anyone is to “blame”, it is the voters who put these people in power and now complain about them. Obama is simply the Prince of Fools. The majority of the electorate voted for him, so now they're stuck with him. The voters need to understand that in a Republic, they ultimately hold the keys to power by sending these people to Washington. I know the 47% of us who didn't vote for Odumbo will suffer just as much as the idiot 51% who did vote for him, but maybe if those 51% suffer in some manner for their stupid choice, they will learn their lesson. Doubtful, I know.
