The Republican-dominated House of Representatives HAS been very active in promoting a number of measures, that, if applied in a timely fashion, would have done a great deal to have averted the “fiscal cliff”, but those measures only went to the Senate, where they died by neglect and a supercilious haughty comtempt by the Senate Majority Leader, who has vowed to consider NOTHING that is suggested by the Republicans.
The mania he displays for this endeavor borders on psychosis.
Yet it is the “Republicans’ fault”.
I realize all of that.........but those on the other side of the aisle only have the attitude you so well expressed in your final sentence.
