The second amendment to the constitution is a recognition of a natural right. Overturn or repeal they may and by doing so withdraw that recognition. The right stands in effect regardless. Freedom isn’t free and the cost of enslaving a nation, as well as resisting the enslavement, will be high but worth the investment by those who would remain free.
