This is a huge attempt at nullifying the First Amendment. They have made laws prohibiting the free exercise of religion. They certainly cannot pretend that they are not Marxists anymore—not that they ever really denied it.

Let it be known amongst all true Americans, that this Regime is diabolically opposed to the founding principles, so well espoused by:

Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, James Madison, John Adams, Samuel Adams, George Washington, Thomas Paine, tens of thousands of other's of their day; millions of their descendants; thru millions and millions and millions of today's patriots, tea partiers, and conservatives.

When are we going to say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH? I cannot believe we just had an election. We are in the worst fiscal mess in history, we have more debt in history, executive orders are now the way to govern and he was just reelected? You cannot say we didn’t warn people. I just cannot believe this is happening in the United States of America.

And I know ignorant Christians who voted for Obama not concerned with this mandate. Free stuff trumped religious freedom.

..as long as the law was not written specifically to persecute Christians as Christians, the government can use that law to persecute Christians. …

############

Word games. Substitute Muslims, Transvestites, Gays, Illegals, Blacks, Jews, SEIU etc. But this is specific to Christians. Muslims, Amish and Unions are exempt from Obama care but not Christians so it’s discriminatory and should be tossed.

Not only is this a First Amendment violation, but at fines of $1.3 million PER DAY, how is this not an Eighth Amendment violation as well?

Amendment VIII

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

A fine of $1.3 million per day for not paying for employees' abortions seems just a tad excessive to me, but then again I'm not a rabid baby-killer. Priorities, I suppose.

How Babies Were Left to Die: Nurse Recounts Horrors of Infanticide Practice Barack Obama Protected

August 12, 2008 (LifeSiteNews.com) - At the same time that the National Right to Life Committee has unearthed documents proving that Barack Obama repeatedly voted against a bill that would have protected children born alive after an attempted abortion, Illuminati Pictures has released a video of an interview with a nurse who witnessed the very practice that Obama protected while in the Illinois senate

The first argument the administration makes against the owners of Hobby Lobby is that Americans lose their First Amendment right to freely exercise their religion when they form a corporation and engage in commerce.

This is utter nonsense.

The other part of the First Amendment is to guarantee the right to freely associate.

Forming a corporation is a right of free association. Engaging in commerce is free association.

The Obama administration is arguing that one loses their First Amendment rights by exercising their First Amendment rights?

Nonsense!

Employer wins relief from U.S. contraceptives mandate By Jonathan Stempel | Reuters – 2 hrs 28 mins ago

(Reuters) - A divided federal appeals court has temporarily barred the U.S. government from requiring an Illinois company to obtain insurance coverage for contraceptives, as mandated under the 2010 healthcare overhaul, after the owners objected on religious grounds.

More than 40 lawsuits are challenging a requirement in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act that requires most for-profit companies to offer workers insurance coverage for contraceptive drugs and devices and other birth control methods.

Friday's 2-1 order by a panel of the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago in favor of Cyril and Jane Korte was the second by a federal appeals court to temporarily halt enforcement against people who said it violated their faith, said Edward White, a lawyer for the Roman Catholic couple.

The 7th Circuit suggested that the couple's legal challenge might eventually prevail.

Its order came two days after U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor declined to block the provision's enforcement against companies controlled by the family of Oklahoma City billionaire David Green.

The U.S. Department of Justice, which had defended the contraceptives provision, did not immediately respond on Saturday to a request for comment.

The Kortes, who own the construction firm Korte & Luitjohan Contractors, had sought to drop a health insurance plan for 20 non-unionized workers that included coverage for contraception, and substitute a different plan consistent with their faith. In issuing an injunction, the 7th Circuit majority said the Kortes had established a reasonable likelihood of success on the merits of their RFRA claim, and that the government had not yet justified the apparent "substantial burden" on their religious exercise.

The court also said the couple had established irreparable harm, because absent an injunction they would have to choose between maintaining insurance coverage they considered inappropriate or facing substantial financial penalties.

"Business owners who are objecting to the mandate are not objecting to people using contraceptives, but that they have to arrange for and pay for it," White, a lawyer with the American Center for Law and Justice, said in a phone interview. "The federal government shouldn't tell business owners they have to contract to buy what they see as immoral services and goods.

So, as long as all school children must eat pork for lunch, it’s ok to force a yeshiva or a madrassa to serve it. Especially if they’re incorporated. Two Amendments down. Three if you count the Tenth. How many more to go?

The truth is liberals want to stop Blacks from reproducing. But to admit that would be to admit they’re racists. Who hands out free birth control and gives free abortions to anyone who wants them, including teenagers without notifying their parents? Who wants to force every business in the country to pay for abortions? Who wants to force every person who pays taxes to pay for abortions? The answer is DEMOCRAT LIBERALS.
