Uh, demons are created beings and always have and always will be subject to God Almighty, the God of Heaven and earth. Jesus showed us that. Demons ALWAYS trembled and bowed the knee when Jesus came around. They ALWAYS had to obey Him.

As with the cross of Christ, so now, God temporarily allows the devil to be active for God's greater purposes.

Remember, God is all powerful...

"[God] raised [Jesus Christ] from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: And has put all things under his feet..." Eph 1:20-22.

Also remember, God has given us all power over the devil. Jesus said,

"Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you." Luke 10:19
