I’d add Wyoming. Plenty of nukes and chances are Dick Cheney would be in an undisclosed secure location somewhere in the state to help launch ‘em ;-) Remember where they took GWB on 9/11/01? Barksdale AFB in Louisiana. Home of the USAF Global Strike Command (which I believe handles the air-launched nukes). Kinda clashes with the state's "Duck Dynasty" image, but yeah, add Louisiana to the nukes list.
