So, 2.2 cents per kilowatt hour is enough to keep 37000 people employed? The industry is NEARING self-sufficiency? How long is it going to take?

Everything in Obamaland is relative. “Nearing” in this case is the equal of approaching a pluto landing as we consider reentering travel into space. Or that Oturd is offering compromise as he issues dictums.

A couple hundred more kilowatt hours of juice and that could add up to big money...if only the wind would start blowing harder.
