Starting Jan 1, Hobby Lobby will be liable for a $1.3 million a day fine for not complying with the HHS Anti-Conscience Mandate. They hope to get relief from the courts to stay these fines until their appeals are heard.

The court may or may not act quickly to stay the fines.

This is the risk they are taking.

Please get on and tell what you think is the neatest thing to buy.(They have 60,000 products.) Here's my choice:

I'd seen the headlines regarding Hobby Lobby and this decision, but I haven't read any of the threads.

Did Sotomayor make this ruling on her own? How does that work? What is the legal process behind this decision?

I'll gladly support Hobby Lobby on January 5th (my birthday, BTW).

I'm not religious, nor can I use the new-age cop-out and say I'm "spiritual", but I stand with Christians against their PC attackers.
