We deep sixed Dick’s a couple of years ago when they tried a bait and switch on shotgun shells. There is no substitute for Pro Bass.

ok, you don’t believe it was a good reason. It still happened. We’ll see what’s next.

Which means, in a convoluted way, the dealer, after hearing about the shootings in CT and announcing that they will suspend further sales of weapons (a week before Christmas) out of respect and because of, the shootings, they may have felt that they should not sell 03ea of these to any one customer?

They did that, and gave him a $100 store credit.

If I paid more than $100 ordering a gun, they better refund the exact amount that I paid, otherrwise we’re going to court.

Make sure this headline is correct. Academy and others are right out there for the takeover but for Dicks to become the Kmart of camp tents sounds very stupid to me.

I didn’t mean to imply that I agree with their decision, just remembered a conversation. I don’t recall ever seeing anything in the regulations for FFL that said the same thing. Didn’t seem like a good idea to argue with him at the time. Concerning the situation at hand, if they took the money in advance, they should deliver, IMO.
