"Drudge No. 1 and WND No.2"
An independent news organization has named the Drudge Report and WND among the “most trustworthy news sources” for 2012, citing Drudge as the “top-trusted site for millions” and WND’s “continual commitment to the truth and top-notch journalistic practice.”
The list of the top news sources, where WND was second only to the Drudge Report, was announced today by the Discerning Times at Enumclaw.com, an online source that bills itself as a “Small Town Newspaper, Big Time News.”
The Christian organization said it based its decision on several factors, including the news being reported “results from the fullest research possible” and that news “will be reported without favoritism.”
Other factors include an emphasis on beneficial news, the appropriate use of photographs “with due consideration for personal dignity,” and that “no specific political viewpoint will be represented.”
Spokesman Thomas McGee told WND officials their operation consistently offers “fast, balanced, and reliable news.”
The Times noted that candidates were evaluated on reliability, accuracy, quality, balance and reach. Those factors represent concerns for “consistent, regularly updated delivery of news,” “well-rounded stories which focus upon facts rather than gossip or hearsay,” “informative, well-written pieces over sheer quantity,” “stories reported aside from bias or agenda” and “strong authority and readership.”

If the Discerning Times named World Net Daily its second-most trustworthy news source, then it appears the Discerning Times is neither (a) discerning nor (b) trustworthy.

I had to look to see if the author was Dr. Jerome Corsi.

The MSM gave up on winning the respect and trust of their readers and viewers -because they'd rather win plaques to hang on their newsroom walls.

Probably even more disturbing is that people don't realize that nutball attacks on Obama by the likes of Wing Nut Daily unfortunately discredit ALL attacks on Obama.
Because of this, WND and its ilk actually do quite a bit to support Obama.
Reporting demonstrably false nonsese like "Obama giving away Alaskan Islands to the Russians" does nothing to hurt Obama, and hurts the credibility of the Right as a whole.
It's the attitude that all attacks on Obama are good, regardless of whether they are true or not, and that anyone who points out an attack on Obama is false must be an Obama supporter, that is disturbing.
So you still believe that, we should not discuss Obama Eligibility, because it will help defeat Obama?
Lets call President Romney and ask him about that....
