The whole thing is strange — they don’t mention the location of the clot. If it was a DVT in the lower extremities, it would be a simple treatment - maybe observation as they are saying. If it’s in the brain, or lungs, it’s a way different story.
Don’t wish it on anyone — always the risk of bleeding and hemmhorage, or paralytic stroke type presentation.
