I guess there are no potholes in Concord if they have time to worry about stuff like this.
This stuff just burns my ass.
I live in the next town over from Concord, and with all the problems in this state, the death of industry, etc., legislators feel that this plastic water bottle crap and digital billboards telling you not to wear earphones while driving just makes me crazy.
Liberalism is a mental disorder.
Concord is a wealthy liberal town..... they make these Eco-statements to one-up the neighboring wealthy liberal towns
