Seriously, everyone needs to calm down. The supreme court has already ruled we have an individual right to bear arms and MANY Democrats agree with us on this issue.
There is ZERO chance of them passing a constitutional amendment, and without that they can’t do anything, so chill the heck out.
Hate to say it, but we are at the point where SCOTUS can be bribed and Obama can use Executive Orders that are not Constitutional.
We no longer have any Constitutional protections.
See, the thing is, we can’t/won’t do diddly squat to stop him. Fact is, it would hardly be mentioned except for a few segments on FOX.
Since when has requiring an amendment ever stopped the feds from doing whatever the heck they want? Or do I still live in a country that has a tenth amendment, an interstate commerce clause, the free exercise of religion, the right to be secure in my person and propetty from unwarranted searches, the right not to have my property confiscated for any but public uses, etc.? Thought not.
They won’t outright ban gun ownership, let alone knives. But that’ll be because of regular politics, not the Constitution. By the way, though SCOTUS has admitted an individual right to keep and bear arms, it STILL hasn’t incorporated the 2nd amendment among the states as it has the rest of the Bill of Rights.
