Thank you for the reply JRandF :)
But, last year (well 2013, so now more than 2 years ago), my father passed away. He had stopped smoking about 20 years earlier... Doc said that if he had stopped about 2 more years earlier, it may have not happened..
(Like they could break it into a timeline.. but, makes sense anyway).
Was able to stop, for about 6 months.. then, like an idiot, I started again.. now, it’s my only stress relief :/ (bad excuse.. and bad staple)...
When I was back in the states, I was able to stop, no problem by eating sunflower seeds.. it was the only thing that kept me from cigs.. There ARE no sunflower seeds here :/ (can buy them in a pet shop, bit bit expensive, but they are usually soggy and ruined :/).
Anyway, sorry about that.. just felt I needed to explain :(
Brighter Note:
Happy New Year to you and your family :)
I shall live to the full extent of my abilities, for as long as I last.
Dad's last meal, 9 years ago, come February, was half a donut, a cup of coffee and "let me have a drag off that cigarette". I could do much worse than that.
Your mileage may vary. 明けましておめでとうございます
