Another one of the attackers was described as a Latino man, 25 to 35 years old with a thin build.
One of the assailants was described as a male juvenile with a thin build. He was Latino or white, sheriffs officials said."

In the 2010 census, Hispanics in Encinitas outnumbered blacks by over twenty to one. And that does not count the illegals. There are plenty of Hispanic illegals around Encinitas.
