Actually have sun still though soon it'll be fading. Why would you be walking out to your mailbox on a Postman's Holiday?? I know come 'Rain, sleet and snow, the mail goes through', but never on holidays.

LOL! Getting home from work yesterday was a challenge because, altho the main streets were relatively dry, corners and even intersections were an icy nightmare.

Once I made the white knuckle drive home and into the garage, I didn’t feel like trying to make it to the mailbox, so waited til today.

Over the weekend I shoveled as much of the slush off the driveway as I could....slush is HEAVY! So now we are left with patches of ice.
