Youve got to admire the ethics of the Occupy Wall Street crowd. All that looking out for the humble 99 percent while going after the evil 1 percent must be exhausting.
Thank goodness, then, for the 1.5 percenters who are actually in charge of the Occupy movement and put in the work to bring about the sort of change thats so needed in this country.
A couple of Occupiers were doing just that recently when the man nabbed them and charged them with making bombs and hoarding weapons.
Morgan Gliedman and Aaron Greene were busted at their Greenwich Village apartment with an explosive compound called HMTD, a flare launcher, shotgun, high-capacity magazines, notebooks containing formulas for explosives, instructions for converting semiautomatic guns to full auto, along with papers in a cover titled The Terrorist Encyclopedia.
Gliedman is the daughter of one of New Yorks most prominent doctors and grew up on Park Avenue. Her mother is a successful Realtor. She graduated from the private Dalton School in 2002.
Her boyfriend Greene, the sperm donor for her ninth-month bun in the oven, is a graduate of Harvard Universitys Kennedy School of Government and some sort of big shot in Occupy, according to the New York Post. He has a list of priors including assault and weapon possession.
Surprisingly, it wasnt Greene who attracted the attention of police, who came to the couples apartment to find Gliedman on suspicion........

Diana Oughton, Bill Ayers girlfriend, got blowed up real good! Bernardine Dohrn stepped in to replace her.
And now the two of them have become the rich people they wanted to kill back then.
And now meet Aaron Greene and Morgan Gliedman, the new Ayers and Dohrn!
In about 30 years they’ll be highly-paid professors indoctrinating our children’s children....
They were pretty well off even before then. Both came from prosperous families.
I grew up in NYC and went through its special junior high and high school programs, so I knew a lot of people like this, since the prosperous, particularly in media or law, would very often send their kids to private schools only for long enough for them to get into NYC’s flagship (at that time) public schools. They were the privileged children of wealthy families and turned into nutcase lefties trying to kill their parents (which, IIRC, was the slogan of somebody, maybe Abbie Hoffman?) and taking out their imagined grievances on the rest of us.
It must be a special form of psychosis. Spoiled Brat Syndrome?
True. They need to have kids of their own who are trying to kill them just for the experience.
One of their own kids, Zayd, was in a book I read a few years ago about a black kid, Cedric Jennings, who got into Brown. Zayd Dohrn (predictably named after mama not daddy) became a good friend of the black kid. So far Zayd hasn't tried to kill his parents. Oh, well.
An exerpt from novelguide.com:
The mother of Zayd Dohrn, Bernadine was a political activist in the 1960s with her husband, Billy Ayers. They were part of the Underground Weathermen and on the FBIs most wanted list. Bernadine actually went to jail for a time, and they hid out for seven years when their son, Zayd, was little. Now a lawyer at Northwestern University she is part of the mainstream but still dreams of her politically active youth and wonders why her sons generation is not more interested in principles.
Zayd Dohrn is Cedrics best friend in his freshman year at Brown. Zayd is white, the son of two former political students from the 1960s who were part of the Underground Weathermen. Now both parents are college professors. Their young son saw some radical scenes before his parents became respectable, such as attending a school near Harlem, the only white boy among blacks. Zayd gets along well with everyone and is independent and confident. He and Cedric become friends because they like the same black rap music. Zayd surprises him by knowing all the groups and records intimately. Zayd respects black culture and defers to Cedric as an authority. Zayd is fascinated by Cedrics strict moral code and inner city background. Cedric feels comfortable confiding in Zayd.
Cedric Jennings is the main subject through whose eyes we see the struggle to get a good education. His story begins in Ballou High School in the black ghetto of southeast Washington D.C. Cedric is the youngest and illegitimate child of Barbara Jennings and Cedric Gilliam, a drug dealer who has spent a good part of his life in jail. Barbara and Cedric live in poverty, moving from one place to another. Barbara is a single parent and vows to keep her son off the streets by getting him involved in church and his studies. She has ingrained in Cedric the idea that if he studies hard, he can go to an Ivy League school.
