So when I tried to post the American Thinker article at Free Republic, I get a WARNING from FR that it MUST be excerpted.

Yeah. That's why I suggested posting it here first, or ditching American Thinker altogether.

Unless you have some interest in getting hits there.

But you claimed your goal was to "get the word out" so we'll just discount that theory.

Oh, is that what you are referring to? Yes, normally I post all of the content in full at Free Republic. I would rather not hope tha tsomeone will click through. I would rather have the full article n one place and have people read the whole thing at FR.

But some sources have complained to and/or threatened Free Republic.

So when I tried to post the American Thinker article at Free Republic, I get a WARNING from FR that it MUST be excerpted. And I think only 300 words are allowed if it is excerpted.

There are some soruces like (I think) Washington Post and others who have threatend to sue FR if FR posts the entire article rather than only an excerpt.

I would be happy to post things only at FR, depending on what it is.
