What if we did, indeed, HAVE those 300,000 votes, and they just weren’t counted?
There is NO WAY Broward County was 99 to 1 for obama. I have NO confidence that my vote was even counted.
I don’t think as many “sat home’ as we are being led to believe.
That being said, of course we COULD have had a better candidate, a better campaign, a better GOTV program, etc.
But, in my totally disillusioned state, I am wondering if it would have made any difference at all.
Remember what Stalin said:
It’s not who votes that matters,
It’s who COUNTS the votes.”
Sorry to sound so negative, but November really disheartened me.
LTOS- Understand exactly how you feel. It all feels hopeless with the fact they only need to steal 3 states to win but we need to rebuild the entire movement. Whether that is with the GOP or another tact there is hope in Jesus Christ. This is where we make our stand.
