In my opinion, the reasons for Hannity's plunge are simple- he's repetitive, he's good buddies with "good friends" Bob Beckel and Juan Williams or "The Architect" Karl Rove. Even John Sununu "The One Man Romney Wrecking Crew", turns out he didn't wreck much of anything.
Finally, he kept on saying "this election is the most important election of our lifetimes". However, the next day he was carrying on like it was no big deal. Then I remembered- 2004 "was the most important election of our lifetimes", then 2008 "was the most important election of our lifetimes.....
Finally, he needs to stop driving trains. In 2006, he had the "stop Pelosi Express", in 2008 he had the "Stop Obama, Harry Reid, and Nancy Pelosi Express"...same thing in 2012. Turns out all those trains got derailed.
Maybe next time, he needs an AC-130 Gunship.
Several syndicated radio shows like Hannity were running best of shows yesterday. I tuned into a couple of times to hear them discussing how Romney was going to landslide Obama. It made me sick to my stomach.
I am sure ratings for shows about the NFL drop after the Super Bowl. Good grief.
He had a pile of liberals on as guest hosts the other day.
It was like listening to NPR.
I haven’t watched the TV show for years, it really was the same show every single night.
The radio show, has horrible callers, weird guests, and incoherent blather. If anything said is good it is almost identical to what Limbaugh said the hour before.
Lightweight copyist. I wish Mark Levin would finally diss him. Mark thinks Savage copies him but boy Hannity is the worst.
I use to listen to Hanity.. but I just could not take his GOPe style.
Rush does not do much for me either.
I never miss The Great One though.
He has more liberals on his show than MSNBC.
I look at a balanced argument as two or more sides stating their positions based on facts and honest (fact-based) opinions. But Fox really doesn't force it's liberal voices to back up what they say with fact. So, what we end up is conservatives trying to argue based on fact, while liberals simply make up crap as an opposing argument.
Juan Williams is the “poster child” for straw-man arguments and inane, fabricated “facts.” Beckel is no better.
I want arguments based on facts. And while Fox is better than most networks, the liberal liars on Fox are no better or different than the liberal liars on MSNBC, NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, et al.
Basically the whole tax cuts are going to make us all equal shtick is dead.
Repeating talking points is boring and insults viewers intelligence. He’s also a weak debater.
I have gotten sick of listening to him, same crap everyday, same guests all the time. How often can you hear the same show over and over. He claims to be a “Conservative” and big supporter of the TEA Party but when is the last time someone from our side was on his show? It’s like groundhog day with his show.
It was not just this man that predicted Romney would win by a land slide if some admit it thought Romney would beat the Muslim..The cheating liberals had it all set up and lots of dead, and felons, illegals, etc..voted so the Communist Muslim got in the white house again..I won't say won because he didn't he cheated his way in again and will do so again if he could..
Hannity’s ratings stink because he’s the voice of the GOP, and people have had enough of both him and the Party. As far as I’m concerned, he and “The Architect” can go Boehner themselves.
It’s mostly due to his guests and Hannitys personal lack of raw talent. The same idiots over and over with the same drivel about “how we can get the GOP back on track” crapola. They’re always selling a book and are now in the “no credibility” category. Hannity has never been an entertainer, which is paramount.
Mark Levin and Rush are a different story. They actually have something of substance to say and contribute, and they do it with a comedic flare. You actually learn something from Rush Levin.
Glenn Beck same way. He’s entertaining and doesn’t rely on guests.
Hannity is not smart but he used to have it in him to really go after someone on his show. He can be a pitbull. Ten , fifteen years later, millions of dollars later, kids, etc and now he is a very comfortable guy with a lot to lose. Not what is needed anymore. We need warriors preferably ones with brains. See Mark Levin and Andrew Wilkow.
Turned off Hannity months ago.
Rush will be next unless he gets back to what he used to do best... using humor to show the utter vapidity and sleaze of the left.
Right now, Mark Levin is my man!!
Sock it to ‘em, Mark.
And then there’s Michael Medved.
