No, you gave synonyms and a cut and paste job. I asked for specific policy/legislative actions that would constitute a “cave”...and nothing specific was defined.
All I saw was something like “meaningful” reductions in spending or something similar.
Sometimes people avoid answering a question for specificity because they haven’t thought through the issue. But unless we know specifically what constitutes a “cave”, we can’t determine whether a negotiation is a success.
