Texas had 1,438,000 which is not a surprise but we were beat by Kentucky with 2,589,000. this was the forth year that Kentucky broke 2,000,000 checks. The blue grass must smell of rotten corn.
Texas does not require call-ins if you have a CHL and I personally know some one very well that wasn’t called in on three times last year.
The only other states that broke a million last year was California and Illinois... Go figure...
