But then this is Venezuela, so... who knows what happens next? Lately you could say the same about America...

Don’t worry they will be, after Obamacare goes into full effect all the doctors that don’t consider themselves government slaves will be gone and foreign poorly educated doctors is all that will be left. It’s what happened to England and Canada!

Praise the Lord. The first good news of the year. Maybe the other despots of the world will soon face the same fate — Castro, Immadinnerjacket, Kim Jung Ung, Obama . . .

Actually my prayer is that he has a near-death experience and then fully recovers for a period of time and retires. Probably would not change his politics but it would be interesting nonetheless.

RE: Maybe someday the people of Venezuela will be free.
They had their chance late last year. They voted to KEEP Hugo Chavez as President ( and it wasn’t even close ).

There will be a lot of celebrating in VZ when he breathes his last. Now why can’t we have some good news like this here?

If needed, he would probably volunteer as a pallbearer.

The only good Hugo Chavez will be a dead Hugo Chavez. By the end of today would be good.

... adding that doctors could decide to switch off the machines ‘at any moment’.
They’re missing a big revenue opportunity here. Either auction off or create a raffle to be the lucky person to throw the switch!

Hugo, my man. How ya doin? Oh say, that extention cord
didn’t go to anything important did it?
What?

Good luck to you guys in the Sugar Bowl tonight. Beat the crap out of Louisville.
My Tigers laid a big stinky log against Clemson. I’m starting to think Miles is in the early stages of dementia. The decisions that guy makes are mind boffling.
