Deputy head of the Muslim Brotherhood's political arm in Egypt, the Freedom and Justice Party, announced Tuesday that Israel would cease to exist by the end of the decade.
Essam el-Erian, who serves an adviser to Egyptian president Mohammed Morsi, had attempted to dispel a recent controversy over comments he made in an interview last week, in which he invited Egyptian born Jews to return to the country.
In an interview with the Saudi-backed newspaper Al-Sharq al-Awsat, Erian said that the "ideology of Zionism" had ended in failure and denounced Israel as "Palestine's occupiers."

Wow, quite a media blitz on this story today (/sarcasm). Illustrating 0bama’s disastrous policy on Egypt; Calling for ally Murbarak’s stepping down and ‘crickets’ from 0bama after he funded Morsi who then essentially declared himself Dictator. 0bama wants the MB to have more F-16’s!!

We have turned against Israel, but the God of Israel has not.
Talk about ideas that don't work... is there a prosperous Islamic country ANYWHERE that's not sitting on a pool of oil? One with Shariah law? I doubt it.
God could put Israel on top of a barren desert and they'd make the place a garden. This guy needs to rethink his position..

This is a very common viewpoint among the left and the “Arab Spring” totalitarians. Jews, if lucky, will be forced to leave. More likely, they will be killed.

Exactly my own thoughts. LOL! It's a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the Living God. Touching the Apple of God's Eye is not a good plan. On the other hand, I hope he tries it. :o)
Israel will NEVER cease to exist - I’ve read the Book - I know how it ends....
What is even more troublesome is that, if we continue to support Israel’s enemies, we may invite the wrath of the God of Israel.
