A senior Democratic aide said Reid will instead recess the chamber at the end of Thursdays proceedings to extend the legislative day until later this month. So not only can they print money with no wealth to back it up - but now Hairy Reid can create time out of thin air to extend the length of the "legislative day" - whatever that is. Incredible.

YEP!! There is even a definition for it at SENATE.GOV:
legislative day
legislative day - A "day" that starts when the Senate meets after an adjournment and ends when the Senate next adjourns. Hence, a legislative day may extend over several calendar days or even weeks and months.
