PRUDEN: A miracle cure with estrogen in Congress
The Washington Times ^ | 4 January 2013 | Wes Pruden

ANALYSIS/OPINION:

John A. Boehner thinks there’s too much of Barack Obama in Washington. Most of the Democrats think there’s a surplus of impertinent Republicans. Chris Christie says it’s Congress that turned Washington rancid. Everybody agrees something is rotten on the Potomac.

The ladies of the U.S. Senate think they’ve figured it out. It’s that beastly testosterone that’s making everybody but the ladies sick.

“We’re less on testosterone,” says Sen. Dianne Feinstein, California Democrat. “We don’t have that need to be always confrontational. And I think we’re problem-solvers, and I think that’s what the country needs.”

Ms. Feinstein and the 20 ladies of the Senate, the largest number ever, got together on the eve of the opening of the new Congress to talk about how efficient and gracious they are, and how lucky we are to have them in town. The girls’ day out got a big write-up in the Hill, the Capitol Hill political daily.

They’re Democrats and Republicans, conservatives and liberals, some almost young and some getting a little long in the tooth, and they come in various shades of gray. Benjamin Franklin, sexist old coot that he was, famously observed that women, like cats, are all gray in the dark. But what did he know? He never took the waters in Washington.

The senator from California is from San Francisco, where estrogen is regularly added to the drinking water, so she knows its many benefits. She got plenty of seconds for her motion. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska agrees that an excess of testosterone may indeed be what ails the capital, but it might be “the ego that is attached there.” Attached to what, she did not say...

I've been on a lot of boards with women. They drive me crazy. They can't make a decision and they're intimidated by their own shadow. They may want to do the right thing....they just can't figure out what it is.

I have to work 10 times as hard with a women's committee. It's absurd.

P.S. I'm a woman.

If all these female pols agree that women get along better than men because they lack that icky testosterone, then I’m sure they’ll all be happy to support Sarah Palin for president in 2016. That’s so we can have more women in positions of power, and never mind differences in political stances. What?....most of them don’t like Palin?!!! Well that’s hard to believe!!! I’m sure most of female Dem pols voted for Palin in 2008 over an all male ticket, didn’t they? (snicker)

That explains San Francisco.

LOL! A committee composed of pre and post menopausal women may not need to be confrontational, but once a month the pre-menopausal women WILL be and the post menopausal women cant concentrate on a problem long enough to solve it, so they cry.

This is a serious question. Should women govern?

I’ve seen the trouble they make in management in the workplace, with their personal you’re-against-me insecurities. I’ve seen the generational disruption when they rule in the home. They make some insane rulings as courtroom judges.

Are they able to govern in a way that creates equity and peace?

Totally serious. I think we need to have this conversation as a society. I’m willing to get flamed for bringing it up.

Question for Ole Wes... Indira Gandhi, Golda Mieir, Margaret Thatcher and Cristina Kirchner; what do they all have in common?

Answer, they all are female leaders of nations, the first three at a time when almost every leader was male, and they all went to war for their countries. Kirchner is just about to start a second Falkland’s War.

So much for peaceful womanly politicians.

With a combined age of 152 years I hope DC's not counting on California's senators' estrogen contribution.

LOL!

St. Pius X talked about the Culture War over 100 years ago in his encyclical. It is Truth vs. Modernism (Communism/Marxism/Lies).

Women are far more likely to endorse Marxist—feel-good—ideology. They should know better since they deal with young children more—they should understand the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God (Truth)——but Feinstein’s fundamental Atheism/Marxism denies all Truth-—especial any Revealed Truth and she flips Natural Laws so Evil is Good.

There is no Teleological ends for human beings (Truth). Men are Women. Family and God has to be abolished. Children are slaves of the State and to be indoctrinated with lies and taught Good (God) is Evil (public schools). Children are taught to be sexually active to destroy Virtue and relationship with all family— just as Lukacs taught and Jerry Brown, the Satanist, is doing. She is a hard-core Marxist! She is extremely evil and very mean behind that robotic smile.

Every word out of her evil mouth is to destroy Truth. She is Satan’s tool.

Should women govern?

I'm with Ann Barnhardt on this one...no. There are always exceptions, but they are few and far between.

I guess this person has not had the experience of managing an office full of women and having to break-up some estrogen spitting death-battle every day.
