I have traveled to foreign countries a number of times in my life.One of those countries,Australia,is a country that I absolutely love and in which I'd love to live and work.However,I do not qualify for any kind of residency visa there (mainly because of age...I'm too old).But to the very best of my knowledge I have *never* violated a single law concerning entry,employment,receipt of government benefits,etc,etc in *any* of the countries I've entered.And that includes Australia.

This isn't rocket science.Just as I don't have any right to live in Mexico (or *any* country other than the US),most Mexicans have no right to live/work/attend school/receive gov't benefits here.

The REAL problem is invaders like this keep coming back b/c he is riding the US gravy train using multiple identites------with faked and forged documents the "impoverished latino bought for several thousand dollars each from itinerant document brokers.

Each identity gets freebies by the carload----and is sucking off the backs of real Americans. You can bet the suckers don't want to queer the profitable scam.

The best bet is to legalize the sucker---then they can nail him for ID theft.

As FREEPER REAGANSSHINYHAIR insightfully posted----Dreamer Ohaha's goona have problems WRT legalization---they already use fake ID's to get drivers' licenses under different names....which also allows them to vote.

So, by Ohaha legaizing them---this forces them to get licenses under their real names.

State computers will run a photo-match check to see if the same person has applied under different names.

Aye carumba---- they get investigated for ID theft and have to answer to a judge---and get prosecuted under US law.

This has happened when a former illegal gets legal.
