'Mr. Witness, Did you have anything to drink before the alleged assault? How Much? What kind. Did you smoke any weed or take any prescription medication? If so how much? If you saw an assault, why would you not try to stop this alleged assault./ If you are not sure if it what happened was consensual, AND you where there, how can we be expected to tell? This is hardly the slam dunk that many here and on other web sites think it to be.
None of the teenagers can be interviewed without parents present and any parent that would let their kids be interviewed without an attorney present, or even allow them to answer ANY questions is just plane stupid.
I think they will have a very tough time getting a conviction outside of a plea agreement.
Except the video, where Nodianos brags about her unconsciousness and rape status, shows that while perhaps inebriated they are fully aware of what is happening. The real story of why Anonymous is involved is because of the cover up. Our prosecutor’s son is rumored to be involved and she was the prosecutor for a few weeks before she turned the case over to the state. Ironically the football team deleted their pics and vids before BCI showed up at practice to collect phones. Gosh! I wonder how the team, on which the prosecutor’s son plays, knew to delete the evidence? Combine that with the sherriff being BFFs with the head football coach . . .
