Understood....I’ve been on the phone for a half hour trying to talk to one of those stupid auto response things for my Dad’s meds. They say it is auto-ship on February 13.....the script runs out on January 24th. All they have to do is read the date on the last bottle they sent. But....I can’t talk to anyone. Then I finally get through and she says we are updating til 2am my time and hung up. *sigh*
Any elderly person would be driven around the bend by now. My Mom would have given up the first time it said, “Sorry, I don’t understand what you said”.
