So, correct me if I’m wrong, but if passes in the House but not the Senate it can’t be signed into law. Is that correct? If so, then why try and pass it in one house and not the other?

They are pulling out the stops to get this though by hook or crook. They can be stopped if voters put enough fear in those who were reelected.

They are desperate because they have a court order to institute a concealed carry permit system, and they see this as a last ditch to disarm the citizens.

Defeat them here, and they will be disheartened on the national level. This is the time to push hard, when we have lots of cards to play with and numbers and time on our side.

Use your phone now, to prevent Churchillian alternatives later. A phone call or two is easy. Trying to repeal a draconian law is hard.
