It turned out to be nonconclusive, at least that’s what they’re saying. I’m not sure if they jumped the gun or hiding something... :)

Haha...

I was a second away from posting that article....lol

What is interesting is the this little line...

“Finally, he noticed that when the ions reach the air, the positive and negative charges neutralize. This produces a burst of infrared radiation that can fool weather satellites into thinking the ground near the fault is warming up, even when ground-based weather stations say it isn't. This is easily visible by GOES weather satellites, he says.”

Since a lot of the AGW models are based on Satellite derived readings...how much does this play into their variability?

However I am sure you like that article! On a side note I wonder if this electric charging might also explain the various reports of booming like what was heard last week in Guthrie Texas?

Thanks, good article and food for thought.
Hope they are really looking into this.

Ha...twice.

Just clicked your link thinking it was the same one I read but it was not.

Here is NatGeo’s article that I read...lol

hahaha, and john mccain isn’t there either, ALTHOUGH this is rumored to be close to the Deep Underground Military Base (DUMB) tunnel to LAS VEGAS.

actually, i looked at Drudge, saw Pelosi’s mocking face, and got teed off.

This produces a burst of infrared radiation that can fool weather satellites into thinking the ground near the fault is warming up, even when ground-based weather stations say it isn't.

I would be willing to bet not all of the burst is in just the infrared spectrum.
The reports of earthquake lights, ball lightening type phenomena, etc that you hear about every now and then.
Plus, some animals, can see nearly into the infrared spectrum, more so than we can.

As for the quake well they must be hitting something more solid than the past for they are increasing in intensity!....lol

Another silly thought, lots of quartz underground, start applying mechanical stress to quartz and up jumps electrical energy.
Another thing about quartz, if you apply electrical energy to it, it deforms slightly.
Wonder if a cascade thing could cause a run away condition, deform due to pressure and shifting, electrical energy, more deforming, more electrical energy, etc, etc.
Could be a combination of sources for the electrical discharges manifesting themselves in different, but observable ways, if we really look.

Again, good direction with your thought process thanks for adding that. I am not to savy with chemical/electrical maturations.

You remember the Potatoe clock? That thing fascinated me for years back in my youth.

Since that clock exposure I always likened Earth to that Potatoe....lol

I'm an old retired oilfield electronic tech, mix electrical and geology together and I get knee deep into it, LOL.

ahhh...then let me ask you something that i quietly believed in for years?

Gold’s abiogenic oil theory or a variation there of, what is your thoughts?

Ya’ll, can someone help me with what exactly I’m looking at here? CONUS (these beams). Are these beams traveling across the US the HAARP directional beams?

I'm 50/50 on it.
There are certain played out reservoirs, that are refilling themselves, no one can definitely say why.
One in particular off the coast of Florida.

Had an old boss, electrical engineer and geologist, knew the oilfield front and back and every thing in between, who was convinced both processes led to the formation of oil.
Probably the smartest man I knew in oilfield work.

We do know that abiogenic hydrocarbons do exist, detected in space all over the place and we of course know that biological based hydrocarbons do exist.
That's why I view abiogenic as a possibility, although some will argue against that point till they are *blue in the face*.
Happens in space and on the moons of certain planets, why not deep underground under extreme pressures and temperature here?
We dang sure don't know everything about what happens below ground, why not keep an open mind?

Imagine how helpful the press could have been had they done their job and highlighted every darn mistake our Agitator-in-Chief made? (or lie upon lie told by “the One”?)

Now that is too weird, especially the *star burst* patterns out of North Dakota and Montana.

My explanation would be WTH.

I think the HAARP watchers call that some kind of freeze ring. Haven’t quite figured it out.
