Until they have all the resources (ie: a total Communist State) they will not be satisfied. Even then they will resort to fighting among themselves for a greater share of power or a bigger dascha or a longer, blacker limo. These people are sickos. They will bring down civilization if they are not stopped. Can you say, "Dark Ages 2"?
Of course we can cut our way out of a deficit. If we don’t spend ANY money, we won’t have a deficit.
